Il Gran Biscotto Rovagnati conquista New York!
Rovagnati Gran Biscotto, the Italian cooked ham, was the protagonist of a great event in New York. The Eataly NYC Downtown store hosted a presentation of Gran Biscotto, together with other Rovagnati products. Journalists, food bloggers and exclusive guests had the opportunity to taste this, Italy’s most famous cooked ham, prepared with traditional methods and a secret recipe, unchanged for over 30 years.
Guests were also delighted by a cooking demonstration, or ‘showcooking’. One of several specialties, a special piadina was prepared featuring Gran Biscotto and truffle: a simple but tasty recipe, capable of emphasizing all the taste of Gran Biscotto.
